Shipping & Handling
Our shipping rates are as follows:
We ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion. Orders ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted on our site, and
are received typically within 3-8 days depending on where you are located.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be charged to those purchasing within the state of California.
Gift Cards
We will include a complimentary gift card if your purchase is a gift - indicate the wording you'd like on the gift card
in the "Special Requests" box on the check-out form.
Payment Options
Kimberly Studios accepts Visa & MasterCard payments through our secure server checkout. You can also pay using your PayPal account.
Returns
Our return policy is as follows:
Returns will be accepted if returned within 14 days of purchase. You must have a return authorization number (RA#). Please
email us to receive this number, it must be written on your package for return. You will receive a refund via the method
paid minus the shipping fees. If you had received free shipping we will deduct the actual price of shipping from your refund.
Your return must be in brand new condition! If you choose to return 15-30 days after purchase you will receive store credit.
For store credit the item must be in brand new condition & you must have a RA# on your return packaging. Please note that
any packages being returned to Kimberly Studios should be insured as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
